We’re now hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep Barnes Lodge in Tonbridge safe, welcoming, and running at its best. From maintaining beautiful gardens to fixing everyday essentials, your work will directly improve the lives of our residents every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Keep gardens and grounds looking their best
• Carry out repairs, painting, and general maintenance
• Ensure safety systems like fire alarms and lighting are working perfectly
• Identify risks and support audits
• Work with contractors when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in maintenance or a trade
• Friendly, reliable, and practical approach
• Bonus: experience in care or residential settings
• Full UK driving licence required
