Rocasa Consulting are looking for passionate and experienced support workers who have knowledge in homelessness, housing, temporary accommodation, benefit support, and tenancy management.

Role includes:

• Resident Support & Case Management
• Safeguarding, Risk & Crisis Management (ESSENTIAL)
• Multi-Agency Working (ESSENTIAL)
• Housing & Tenancy Sustainment (ESSENTIAL)
• Administration & Compliance (ESSENTIAL)
• Operational Responsibilities

About you:

• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
• Strong background in Safeguarding and risk management
• Strong background in Multi-agency working
• Strong background in Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
• Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
