Role: Customer Services & Admissions Assistant
Hours: 29 hrs per week (Monday-Thursday)
Salary: £20,412-£20,924 Pro Rata
Pension contribution: 20.8%
Location: Stockport campus with requirement to travel to other campuses
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Services and Admissions Assistant to support and enhance the application process. You must have previous experience of working in a busy environment, dealing with a range of applications and queries.

Passionate about Customer Service, eager to share your knowledge, skills and experience, and enthusiastic about supporting applicants to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling enquiries, triaging applications against applicant grades, making offers, setting up interviews, and liaising with curriculum teams across sites to ensure applicants progress smoothly through their journey. In addition, the post holder also provides support to the main reception desk and will be required to work evenings with notice to meet the business needs of our current students and applicants.
