Join our Hart Basingstoke and Deane team as a Refuse and Recycling Loader and play a vital role in keeping your community clean, safe and sustainable.
Working alongside a professional and friendly team, you’ll deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses. Your efforts will help maintain high standards across the community while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Be the public face of Serco in the community.
- Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work – a responsibility we take great pride in!
Qualifications
- You’re physically fit and healthy (this is a must, due to the nature of the work!)
- You’re a dedicated, friendly and professional team player – punctuality is very important too
- You a willing to go the extra mile on your rounds to help your team hit its targets
