Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated experienced Production Operatives to join our team in a fast‑paced factory environment. The role involves handling and packing egg products for large retail and food service customers, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pack egg products in line with company standards and customer specifications
• Follow all current employment, health & safety, and food safety legislation
• Maintain a “clean as you go” approach, keeping your work area clean and organised at all times
• Carry out any reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or authorised team member

Person Specification

• Good verbal communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work on a fast‑paced production line
• Strong attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and reliable
• Previous production experience in food production is essential
