Requirements
- Recently completed (or currently completing) a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
- Strong interest in fintech, trading platforms, or financial markets (no prior trading experience required)
- An “AI-first” mindset with curiosity around automation, growth tools, and modern marketing workflows
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our global team in London. This is a role for an aspiring marketer who believes that the future of marketing is AI-augmented. You’ll support retail trader acquisition, learn performance marketing, and work with AI tools to scale output
- This is an entry-level role suited to a motivated, data-curious person with an interest in marketing technology and AI-driven creative
- Support acquisition campaigns across paid media, SEM, and mobile app marketing
- Help manage and analyse the marketing funnel, tracking conversion rates, engagement, and key metrics such as CAC and LTV
- Learn and apply tools within the Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, GA4)
- Contribute to mobile app growth initiatives, including ASO and app install campaigns
- Use AI tools and automation to support creative production, reporting, and campaign optimisation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on messaging, experimentation, and go-to-market initiatives
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
