Overview
CAA Brand Management is a premier brand development and management business, helping clients define and execute strategic growth initiatives across a broad spectrum of consumer products. We are seeking a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of turning brief ideas into polished deliverables. You will work under our multi‑disciplinary design team to support all stages of projects and collaborate closely with senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and roll out designs across formats (print, digital, social)
- Follow brand guidelines closely with attention to detail
- Support creation of templates and basic brand assets
- Assist with deck building and production tasks
- Organize files and maintain asset libraries
- Take feedback and iterate quickly
- Support senior team members on larger projects
Qualifications
- A diverse, well‑rounded portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and technical skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Good illustration/asset creation skills
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling ability
- Strong interest in typography and design
- Strong motion graphic skills
