B2 Forklift Drivers
We are recruiting for B2 Forklift Drivers in the Scunthorpe area for our prestigious client. These are excellent opportunities on a temporary-permanent basis for the right candidates.
Working Times
6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm Rotating.
Job Role
Working as a Forklift Driver across the steel site, transporting steel loads across the yard.
Responsibilities
- Sheeting up
- Operating a 26 tonne forklift around the site
- Ensuring correct loads
- Ensuring safe loads
- Using hand scanners to check goods in and out
- Supporting on stock takes
- Operating bowser’s
Pay and Benefits
Pay Rates: £15.01ph. Overtime rate over 37.5 hours.
Rotating Shift Allowance: £19.46per shift.
Overtime Rate: £19.51ph.

Qualifications
- Permanent opportunity following a probationary and training period.
- B2 Forklift driving experience.
- Must have held B2 Forklift Licence at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
- H&S conscious at all times.
- Previous experience transporting steel on a B2 Forklift required.
- Previous experience operating hand scanners highly advantageous but not essential as training provided.
- Steel experience highly desirable.
