SEND Learning Support Assistant – Sept 2026

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Stapleford Abbotts from September.

Responsibilities

The role will involve working closely with pupils with additional needs, supporting both their learning and emotional development throughout the school day.

Ideal candidate

• Have experience supporting children with SEND
• Be patient, resilient, and empathetic
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Have a genuine passion for education and inclusion

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
