A growing fire consultancy in Yorkshire is seeking a Passive Fire Surveyor to support a range of social housing and commercial projects. This Passive Fire Surveyor role will involve compartmentation surveys and fire door inspections across Leeds, Sheffield and York.
The Passive Fire Surveyor will join an established surveying team with a strong reputation in the sector. This position offers local work, ongoing training and progression opportunities, flexible management support and work on secured long‑term frameworks.
The Passive Fire Surveyor’s Role
The Passive Fire Surveyor will conduct fire door inspections, compartmentation surveys and prepare technical reports for clients. They will also identify remedial actions and support compliance programmes.
Qualifications
- Experience with fire door or compartmentation surveys
- FIRAS knowledge beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
