About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable domiciliary care workers to join our team in Falkirk. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting




• Supporting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary




• Administering medication as per care plans




• Providing companionship and emotional support




• Assisting with light household tasks




• Helping clients with mobility and physical activities




• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting any concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• A caring and compassionate nature




• Good communication skills




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team




• Must be a driver with access to own vehicle




• Candidates must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of employment




• Previous care experience is essential for this post
