Systems Trainer – Epsom
Hybrid working with nationwide travel. Permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training for digital systems across clinical and non‑clinical teams.
- Create engaging learning materials, including e‑learning content, user guides, videos, and blended learning resources.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects through tailored training packages.
- Assess training needs and adapt content to meet the requirements of diverse user groups.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and troubleshooting for system users.
- Ensure training documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and accessible.
- Collaborate with project teams, system owners, and operational leaders to drive successful adoption of new technologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and embed a culture of continuous learning and system improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering systems training within a complex, multi‑site environment.
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to simplify technical information for different audiences.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills, both in‑person and virtually.
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain buy‑in during periods of change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or similar environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, e‑learning tools, and digital training technology is desirable.
