What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment
• Build strong rapport with pupils and staff
• Support pupils’ learning and development across a range of subjects
• Uphold school policies and contribute to the school’s ethos
• Work collaboratively with leadership teams and fellow educators

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
• Registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Experience in a Primary School setting
• Passion for education and nurturing young minds
• Adaptability and confidence in different classroom environments
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
