Location: Royal Northern Infirmary (RNI), Inverness
An opportunity has arisen for a Bank Administration Assistant (Band 2) to support the MSK Physiotherapy Team based at RNI, Inverness.
This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service, helping to maintain patient flow and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the MSK Physiotherapy team
- Managing telephone and email enquiries and directing appropriately
- Supporting appointment booking and clinic administration
- Maintaining accurate patient records and filing systems
- Assisting with general office duties to support service delivery
About You
You will:
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be IT literate with experience of basic office systems
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Have a flexible approach to working on a bank basis
Previous NHS or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
