Responsibilities

• Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours.
• Run a busy section in the kitchen.
• Cook delicious dishes to an extremely high standard.
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained.
• Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.

• Providing high quality service comes naturally to you.

• Strong attention to detail.
