Client Care Assistant (Receptionist)
Location: Warren House Vets, all sites
Job Type: Permanent, part time
Hours: 34 hours per week (job share considered). Shifts: 8am-6.45pm weekdays, one of five Saturdays 8.45am-4.45pm.
Salary: £26,707.20 (full-time equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients
- Answer phone calls
- Book appointments using a diary management system
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Stock control
- Clean public and clinical areas
- Maintain calm and supportive presence in emotive situations
Qualifications
- Friendly, caring, compassionate, excellent communication and administration skills.
- Desirable: Experience in a veterinary practice (full training provided if not).
- Confident working in a busy, client‑facing role.
