The Role
The school is seeking a flexible class teacher open to teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Lower Key Stage 2, depending on strengths and experience.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEN and speech & language
- Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
- Contribute to the wider life and community of the school
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Flexibility across year groups (EYFS, KS1, or lower KS2 preferred)
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
- Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Formally recognised teaching qualification
