Location: Auchentibber Resource Centre, High Blantyre

Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent

Work Pattern: Monday-Thursday 8.45am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm

Salary / Hourly Rate: £25,767 – £27,063

We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, Performance and Support Services team, with a Clerical Assistant vacancy within the Auchentibber Resource Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a front-line reception service
  • Data inputting to our Social Work case management system
  • Provide a word processing service
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Arrange meetings using the MS Office Outlook facility
  • Maintain spreadsheets
  • Answer and field phone calls
  • Use Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents
  • Support operational staff with general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of IT packages
  • Experience working as a receptionist or within an office setting (training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with people at all levels
