Cover Supervisor Barrow in Furness

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Barrow in Furness area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence ASAP.

A small, close‑knit secondary environment where every pupil is well‑known and supported. Its family‑orientated ethos, calm atmosphere and strong pastoral approach create a nurturing space where students benefit from small year groups and a strong sense of belonging

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-set work to KS3/KS4 classes
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils to stay on task and complete learning activities
• Reporting any issues or progress back to teaching staff

Pre‑requisites:

• Recent UK school experience
• Confident managing classroom behaviour
• Ability to follow pre-set work
• Strong communication skills
