TEACHER/COURSE LEADER OF A-LEVEL RELIGIOUS STUDIES (FULL OR PART TIME) – REF 260397R1. Up to £51,691 p.a., plus Band 1 Responsibility Allowance for Course Leadership – £1,226 p.a. Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine enthusiasm for the study of religion, philosophy and ethics and a strong drive to help all Religious Studies students achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will lead and teach across Religious Studies, be highly organised and efficient in their approach, and work effectively as part of a team to deliver an exceptional student experience.
Qualifications
We currently deliver the AQA A-level Religious Studies specification, with Christianity being our Component 2 option. Familiarity with teaching Christianity, Philosophy of Religion and Ethics would therefore be strongly advantageous. A willingness and ability to help deliver the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) would also be advantageous.
