About this role
We’re looking for a tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to support our Network Compliance leadership in a fast‑evolving regulatory landscape. The role involves proactive problem‑solving, navigating modern compliance software, managing sensitive documentation, and ensuring efficient and secure executive operations.
What you’ll do
- Provide administrative support to 5‑6 executives, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense processing.
- Prepare people and materials for meetings and presentations and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Complete administrative tasks such as TE’s, assist with creating Google Slides presentations, and organize/maintain files and communications.
- Plan meetings and events, including coordination with vendors, budgeting, menu planning, agenda communication, etc.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar role within a medium or large organisation.
- Experience in Risk, Compliance, Legal and/or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Proficient in scheduling and organising multiple executives, travelling arrangements, expense processing, and collaboration with finance, accounting, and HR.
- Experience coordinating vendor event planning, budgeting, and communication.
Where and how you’ll work
This is a permanent position based in London. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility to work from our offices and from home when needed. Associates are typically encouraged to work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility based on work type and team collaboration.
