Position: Administration and Clerical Support – Children’s Neurodevelopmental Pathway
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, handling queries from patients and families, schools, social workers, and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administration and clerical support to the children’s Neurodevelopmental Pathway team.
- Answer telephone calls, upload referrals, and coordinate printing, filing, typing, and letter formatting.
- Respond to queries from patients, families, schools, social workers, and other external agencies.
- Prioritise different streams of work, manage workload across the year, and work well under pressure.
- Support service delivery across all localities as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other administration tools.
- Previous experience in a busy administrative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; courteous and effective when dealing with schools and parents.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
