Sales Associate

Sales Associate (fixed‑term, part‑time, 10hr/week) in Gloucester. The North Face seeks a passionate team member to deliver a memorable customer experience on our shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of store products.
• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay current with market trends and the brand’s positioning.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with customers and embody a hands‑on, enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus).
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail or sales experience a plus but not required.
