Sales Development Representative – Bristol

Pax8 is hiring a Sales Development Representative to grow our partner community and accelerate cloud adoption through an AI-powered marketplace.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, shaping how Pax8 is experienced in the market and building long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage partners using phone, email, and social channels.
• Build interest through discovery and clear explanations of Pax8’s solutions.
• Qualify and book high‑quality meetings between partners and Channel Account Managers.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline in Salesforce, meeting monthly outcomes.
• Use modern tools, including Copilot, to improve outreach and outreach quality.
• Invest in your development through structured learning paths, coaching, and dedicated time each week.
• Contribute to building a better cloud buying experience for thousands of businesses.

• Motivated, curious, and adaptable with a positive, thoughtful approach.
• Excellent communication skills by phone, email, and message.
• Consistency, resilience, and the ability to learn from setbacks.
• Strong emotional awareness and a collaborative, consultative approach.
• Comfort balancing outbound activity and varied tasks throughout the day.
• Confidence using social prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and track activity.
• A learning mindset – open to feedback, proactive about development.
• Interest in technology, cloud, or SaaS environments.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £25,000 base + £9,000 on‑target commission (uncapped) – £34,000 OTE.

Location & Working Hours

• Office: Bristol (Hybrid) – 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday.
