Role: Sales Exec – Insurance

Location: Bedford

Hours: 09.30am – 5pm

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base depending on experience plus commissions

Overview

We are a Top 100 UK Independent broker specialising in commercial insurance. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for numerous sales executives to add to our dynamic and vibrant sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Work on warm sales leads generated by a closely‑linked telemarketing team.
• Sell market‑leading insurance products to prospective clients.
• Retain repeat business at times through excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
• Driven and hungry approach toward sales.
• Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed.
