Job Description:

Requirements

  • We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Field Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for building relationships and uncovering opportunities.
  • 1–2 years of proven success in in‑person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face‑to‑face environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).

What the job involves

  • In this role, you’ll attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to generate qualified leads and set up high‑quality meetings for our sales team.
  • This is not your typical desk‑based SDR position. You’ll be representing our brand in person, engaging prospects face‑to‑face, and playing a key‑role in filling the top of the funnel with strategic, valuable opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other in‑person functions to identify & engage potential leads.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities that align with our solutions.
  • Capture, track, and manage leads using HubSpot.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging, and follow‑up.
  • Provide feedback from events to improve targeting, messaging, and event ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy.
