We’re seeking motivated, ambitious, and success‑driven individuals to join our innovative Sales Development team at OneAdvanced.

Office‑based role; 5 days a week from our Birmingham office located in the Mailbox.

Responsibilities

  • Complete an onboarding programme to build skills and set success foundations.
  • Qualify leads from inbound channels and marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure a smooth customer journey and drive the sales pipeline.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through outbound channels, including nurturing new conversations via email, calls, and social channels.
  • Enrich data for customers and prospects through the OneAdvanced ABM programme, using research techniques to understand their challenges and pain points.
  • Become proficient in the latest sales technologies to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and complete information on the CRM.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry news and events to relate to prospects’ challenges and identify new market areas.
  • Achieve the monthly quota of meetings/opportunities that meet qualification criteria.
  • Continuously analyse results, identify improvement areas, and seek feedback for growth.
