Location: Monkey Puzzle Ealing
Hours: Tuesday to Friday – 36 hours per week including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Salary: Starting from £21,632 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers.
- Report issues of concern to a senior team member when necessary.
- Show a positive attitude and propose creative ideas to inspire learning.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children.
- Possess great planning and organisational skills.

- Be able to work well under pressure.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essentials
- GCSE grades 5-9/A-C
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Appropriate behaviour management.
- Participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development.
