Paint Shop Operative – Touch up (Nights)

Job Overview

Paint Shop Operative (Touch Up) – Location: Omagh – Hours: 39 hour week, Monday – Thursday 6:00pm – 4:15am (Night Shift).

Responsibilities

• Brush or spray paint to cover scratches, chips or repairs in painted parts or finishes of machines.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for painting using cleaning solution, solvent, sander and scraper.
• Apply a thin coat of finish material such as paint or lacquer to sanded areas.
• Spray or touch up finish coats to blend spots or imperfections.
• Prime and apply base coat to a high standard.
• Check and polish components with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Hard‑working, with strong team‑working and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to develop skills on an ongoing basis and adapt to a growing business.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
