Yard Operative: 4-on/3-off, £12.71/hr + £100/wk Bonus

E3 Recruitment is seeking several Yard Operatives to join a well-established international manufacturer in Plumpton. This role offers a starting pay of £12.71 per hour, with additional bonuses averaging £100 per week and ongoing training for career development.

The successful candidate will work a Monday to Thursday pattern, consisting of 39 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments and have excellent communication skills.
