We look for a dedicated support worker to join our established team at Wilbraham Road, working with people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems who have stepped down from hospital. Raising the bar for people‑centered service, you’ll enable people to learn the skills and knowledge they need to understand and manage their own situation more independently. No matter how complex someone’s mental health needs, you’ll provide support that helps individuals to decrease isolation, integrate into the community and make the most of every new opportunity.
