As a customer service and invoicing clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance Oversight: Verify vehicle maintenance intervals and ensure accurate planning for service needs.
- Workshop Efficiency: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to optimise workshop capacity and productivity
- Accurate Documentation: Ensure job card instructions are precise for technicians and invoicing teams.
- Administrative Support: Manage required administrative tasks efficiently, including coordinating with dealer-point managers and workshop supervisors.
- Invoicing Accuracy: Liaise with invoicing teams to ensure job cards are processed correctly and promptly.
- Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures.

- Computer Skills: A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and solid computer literacy skills.
- Team Player: RH Commercial Vehicles thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in Invoicing: Previous experience in a similar role, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
- Commercial Vehicle Dealership Experience: If you have previous vehicle dealership experience, you’ll fit right in!
