Warehouse Samples Coordinator (Full‑Time, Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and send product samples for shows and to the Homeworking Sales Team as well as to customers.
• Pack samples into boxes, often lifting large cardboard boxes that require heavy lifting.
• Carry out stock takes and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse environment.
• Support the sales team by ensuring timely delivery of samples.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to fulfil duties in a busy warehouse setting.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting.
