Responsibilities
Kitchen Porters are an integral part of our kitchen team. They ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy while supporting the chefs with essential tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety of working areas, washing all hotel crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment, food service equipment, and supporting the chefs with kitchen service preparation such as cutting vegetables.
