Support Worker – Social Care

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals’ daily living skills, including home planning, leisure, employment, personal interests and travel.
  • Provide personal and emotional support and help people develop new skills.
  • Assist people living at home or out in the community.
  • Collaborate with an inclusive team led by people with a learning disability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • No previous experience or qualifications required – full training will be provided.
  • Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
  • Keenness to learn quickly, solve problems creatively and embrace our values and vision.
