Relief Cleaner

About the Role

Based at Saint Benedict Catholic Voluntary Academy, DE22 1JD, you will be working on an ADHOC basis covering annual leave and sickness. Working shifts are between the hours of 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday. You will play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms
• Wiping down tables and surfaces
• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Enhanced DBS check is required – if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
• Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
• The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
• The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
