Kitchen Assistant – Pub Kitchen – London

We are a popular and friendly pub located in the heart of Westminster, serving quality food and drinks to locals, office workers, and tourists alike. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our hardworking kitchen team and help us maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and service.

• Support the chefs in daily food preparation and service
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with basic food prep (chopping, peeling, portioning, etc.)
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
