Tesco Colleague – Sheffield Southey Superstore

Availability

Mon 15:00‑20:00, Wed 15:15‑22:00, Thu 14:00‑20:00, Sat 07:00‑13:15.

Pay

Base rate £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 within the M25, with additional payments depending on location.

Hours

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; options for 12 hours if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve shoppers every day and help them with their purchases.
• Work across the store, including service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Apply training to work safely and effectively.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and meet their needs in a timely manner.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand your store’s performance and help drive service, sales and profitability.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Accept deliveries into the store as required.
