Availability & Pay
Availability Window: Thu 22:00:00-07:00:00, Fri 22:00:00-07:00:00, Sat 22:00:00-07:00:00. Starting pay £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Night premium £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may apply based on location. Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week, with a minimum of 12 if preferred.

- Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply the training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Be knowledgeable about store performance, understand your role and teamwork to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Live the values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
