Availability Window
Availability: Sun 22:00–07:00, Thu 22:00–04:45, Fri 22:00–07:00, Sat 22:00–07:00.
Pay: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
Night premium: additional £2.35 per hour for any hours worked between midnight and 6 am.
Guaranteed hours: new colleagues receive a minimum of 16 hours per week. You may work fewer hours, down to a minimum of 12.
Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows and you’ll receive three weeks’ notice of your exact shifts.

Responsibilities
- Support shoppers and help serve them better every day.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that serve customers’ needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance and help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
- Live Tesco values, welcome everyone and follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
Qualifications and skills
