Library Content Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a forward‑looking and proactive individual to join our Resource Provision team. The Library Content Assistant will work as part of a team, acquiring and delivering access to the Library’s print and digital collections for all students and staff, both on and off‑campus.

As part of the Resource Provision Team you will:

  • Order and receive print and digital library resources in all formats for all library users.
  • Make new content available via library systems, including Library Discovery service, OneSearch and the online Resource List System, Leganto.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate confidently with colleagues, students, university staff and external contacts. Accuracy, attention to detail, initiative and self‑motivation are essential.
