Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our team in Aberthaw. Responsibilities

• Assisting with general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Supporting tradespeople in completing their duties efficiently and safely.
• Ensuring the worksite is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Operating tools and machinery as required, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• A valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Day-to-Day

• Reporting to the site supervisor for daily tasks and instructions.
• Assisting with unloading and organizing materials and equipment.
• Performing a variety of manual labour tasks to support the construction team.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Adapting to changing priorities and tasks as required by the project.
