Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Welcome and check‑in late arrivals with warmth and efficiency.
- Handle guest enquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role (hotel experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident communicator.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
- Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office platforms.
