Job Description

Barista – Full time, 35 hours per week. Pret is proud makers of delicious food, organic coffee and big ideas across 750+ shops in 20+ countries. Responsibilities

• Handmake and lovingly pour all Barista‑prepared drinks, including iced drinks.
• Take responsibility to make the customer’s favourite drinks and uphold high standards.
• Undergo weeks of training before pouring a single customer’s espresso, gaining the skills, pace and confidence to deliver the perfect organic Pret coffee.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role is advantageous but not required.
