Libraries and Learning Skills (LLS) is a vital academic support department at the University, offering flexible and responsive services that support teaching, learning, and research for both students and staff.
Please note this post is fixed term to cover maternity leave for one year, or until the early return of the post holder.
This is a full‑time position within the Content and Collections team, reporting to the Content and Collections Manager. You will be responsible for assisting with processing and preparation of electronic and printed materials and will also contribute to the larger goals of the Content and Collections team as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and preparation of electronic and printed library materials, including e‑journal, e‑book and database packages.
- Maintain administrative, financial and end‑user systems for online and printed library resources.
- Contribute to the work of the Content and Collections Team and the wider Electronic Library Services Team.
Eligibility
Applications will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. The post is on campus and based in the University Library.
