Job Description
At Marie Curie, the best way to improve our care is by seeing it through the eyes of the people we support. Listening to patients and families helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Feedback is essential to ensure our care meets the highest standards and reflects the needs of those we support.
People often feel more comfortable sharing honest feedback with volunteers, making your role vital. You’ll also help open up meaningful conversations about end‑of‑life experiences, helping us learn, improve, and be there for everyone facing dying, death, and bereavement.
