Support Worker – Nights

Salary: £12.74 per hour. Working hours: 36 per week, 12‑hour shifts (19:30-07:30). Service: National Neurological Services.

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker – Nights to join our team at National Neurological Services – Morecambe. At National Neurological Services we support people with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation, helping them achieve independence and return home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with individuals by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
• Plan and participate in any days out they wish to enjoy.
• Make a positive impact by supporting increased independence where possible.

• Team player who works effectively with colleagues.
• Resilient and confident in seeking support when needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
