Affco New Zealand is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility in Eltham. The role demands an operationally focused leader to drive performance in a diverse environment, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and an understanding of health & safety legislation relevant to New Zealand. Aiming for zero incidents, you will enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality production standards.
