Chief Operating Officer – Health Data Innovation & Delivery

Wellcome Trust is seeking an inaugural Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Health Data Research Service (HDRS) to provide operational leadership and strategic alignment. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, leading procurement, and managing stakeholder communications.

Candidates should have a strong background in healthcare leadership and managing complex organizations, with a degree required. The position is hybrid with at least two days a week on-site in London. The salary is competitive, between £150,000 and £170,000.
