Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) is seeking a Director of People to join its Executive Team. This pivotal role involves leading the Trust’s People Plan and ensuring effective governance in workforce-related matters across Cheshire and Merseyside. You will be responsible for shaping the workforce, culture, and organizational development strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior-level leadership experience, preferably in the NHS, and possess a Chartered Fellowship or Membership of the CIPD.
